Winter of 24/25, Coach Chuck joined the National Ability Center as an Adaptive Ski & Snowboard Instructor at Park City Mountain Resort. Fluent in Spanish, he was assigned to rip down the hills with the Latino athletes. Chuck recognized the potential for more Spanish speaking youth to be involved, and created the Malama Ski Club. Coach Chuck is driven to bring a free skiing and snowboarding experience to Latino youth who live with cognitive and physical disabilities.
